Richard Jackson

Richard is a Session founding director and a board director of the Inviqa Group. Passionate about eCommerce, he’s led big brands to commercial success by helping them to realise their online potential.

Particularly an authority on Magento, Richard has worked with the Magento Enterprise platform since its launch. He’s spoken at Magento, PayPal and X.commerce conferences and the eCommerce Expo. He’s also one of the small number of experts selected to be a Magento Developer Certification Board Member.

Dominic Feenan

Dominic is a founding director of Session and a board director of the Inviqa Group. His background in online strategy and delivering enterprise systems includes a particular focus on helping high-profile brands become high-performing eCommerce businesses. As well as having built successful agencies, he has also contributed to the growth and sale of a start-up online retailer as an executive Board Director. Actively involved within the eCommerce Community, he sits on the Magento Solution Partner Council comprising a handful of key individuals within the partner network who contribute to the direction of the platform.

Alex Blaney

Alex is our award-winning Creative Director and a founding director of Session.

He oversees every aspect of our creative output across a wide range of platforms and mediums. An expert at enhancing the brand experience, he’s responsible for injecting awe into our client projects.

With 14 years’ experience, Alex is fluent in the practical aspects of eCommerce web design and interactive development. He graduated from the University College for the Creative Arts in 1999 with first class honours in Visual Communication, Graphic Design and Web Design.

Ben Longden

Ben is also CTO at Session and has more than 8 years of experience using a variety of languages and methodologies. He has worked across different industries including Mobile Marketing, Data, ISP and Professional Services. Outside of work he is a father, and with what little spare time he has, he can be found hacking one of his own projects, playing on his PS3, or infrequently blogging on techPortal and his own personal blog

Andy Todd

Our Professional Services Director, Andy has been with Session since 2010 and is responsible for coordinating our team of over seventy. With Andy at the helm, our projects always have value and are delivered on time and within budget.

Overseeing the delivery of all our projects, he also manages Session’s support and training services. Andy has a BSc in Economics and Accounting from Edinburgh University and over 20 years’ experience in Business and Information Technology, significantly with international clients. Largely focused on coaching, Andy also has a personal interest in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). 

Isobel Pearce

Our Marketing Director, Isobel has been with us since 2012 and is responsible for positioning Session as the number one eCommerce partner in Europe. Overseeing all our marketing activity, Isobel manages a small team of executives and works closely with the founders to provide marketing direction. Before embarking on her career in marketing, Isobel studied Advertising & Marketing at Bournemouth University and completed an MPhil in Publishing at Stirling University.

Maximo Cabeza

Session’s Head of Project Management, Maximo has been with us since 2011. With over 12 years’ experience supervising challenging technical projects he knows how to build an efficient team.

During his time at Session, Maximo has led a range of projects, including 3663’s mobile-optimised site and new websites for leading fashion retailers, Smythson and Radley.

A certified Scrum Master, Maximo has an MSc in Computer Science Engineering from the Complutense University of Madrid.

Pamela Forsyth

Pam is an Account Director based in Session's Glasgow office. With a strong background in retail, communications and digital, Pam’s eCommerce experience has been honed working with small start-up retailers through to renowned worldwide brands.

A hands-on manager, Pam loves to get involved with her clients, working alongside their internal team to develop their online strategy and identify key areas of improvement and growth.

Having worked across a range of agencies, Pam’s practical experience is second to none with her skills also touching on project management, user experience and analytics.
